I am here to share with you the incredible journey of how breathwork and cold immersion changed my life and helped me heal.
For many years I struggled with depression and anxiety but in 2022 I experienced some life altering changes in my life that caused me to pause and question the direction in which my life was going. It was at this time of feeling stagnant and disconnected from myself that I stumbled upon the practice of breathwork and Intentional cold exposure.
Through the power of breathwork and facing my resistance to do things that made me feel uncomfortable, I discovered an incredible source of healing and resilience within myself that I didn't know I had. Breathwork brought me the peace and clarity that I craved allowing me to let go of the things that were no longer serving me, while cold immersion despite the initial discomfort provided me the opportunity to practice regulating my own nervous system and embracing discomfort as a path to healing.
Discomfort is no longer an obstacle for me and we can all find comfort in the uncomfortable. I am here to guide you on your own journey toward healing, emotional well being and self discovery. You can do hard things, you are resilient and I am here to help you unlock that potential.

What is ICE ( Intentional Cold Exposure )
Cold immersion is a practice that involves exposing the body to cold temperatures, typically by submerging it in cold water. This practice is often used for various physical and mental benefits, including reduced inflammation, improved blood circulation, supporting immune system function and increased dopamine/endorphin release. Cold immersion can be a part of wellness routines, fitness regimens or therapeutic strategies to promote overall wellbeing and resilience.
